Bed Sheets
Being a better lover actually starts with the selection of the bed
sheets. Taking the time to select little details that set the
atmosphere in the master bedroom, can signal romance at a moments
notice. For those who think these details are extreme please note
the scripture below that discusses the virtuous woman.
Proverbs 31: 22
She makes for herself coverlets, cushions, and rugs of tapestry.
Her clothing is of linen, pure and fine, and of purple [such as that
of which the clothing of the priests and the hallowed cloths of the
temple were made]

She makes her own bedspreads.
She dresses in fine linen and purple gowns.

This virtuous woman or noble wife in Proverbs, who was a very busy
woman, took time to pay attention to details in her bedroom. If you
read the entire scripture you will also noticed that she was a
shrewd business woman. The bedroom is the most personal room in your
home. It should be a peaceful place. One marriage counselor advices
that arguments should never take place in the bedroom. It should be
reserved for relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration.
One married friend of mine’s consistently prays in her bedroom.
Moreover, before lying down in any hotel bed she will saturate the
room with prayer.

The lover discussed in Proverbs 7 took
considerable time in her bedroom and she was
not a “virtuous woman.”
She was lying wait
to ensnare some unsuspecting married man.
16. I have decked my bed with coverings of
tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen
of Egypt.
17. I have perfumed my bed with myrrh,
aloes, and cinnamon.
